REPAIRS
With an education within electrical electronic engineering, I am qualified to fault find and repair circuits and circuit boards at a component level. This coupled with years of troubleshooting computer related issues from the early days of PC's enables me to normally be able to diagnose errors within a very short time frame and even sometimes over the phone.
This means to you that sometimes I am able to repair systems most would otherwise want to replace - which of course increases the cost.

Repairs on site or call out?
I work on systems from my office in Stenalees near St Austell. I do not send your systems away to be worked on and always strive to return your system as fast as possible.
I do operate a call out system, this does incur a call out charge in addition to my set rates.
Regardless of whether your system comes to me, or if I am on site, I respect confidentiality and take security seriously.
